Requirements:

  • Higher Diploma Holder or University graduates (fresh graduates are welcomed)
  • Good command of English, Cantonese & Mandarin
  • Proficiency in PC Operation and Microsoft Office applications including Word, Excel, Chinese Word Processing
  • Willing to learn and being responsible
  • Experience in company secretary field and accounting is an advantage
  • Immediate availability is preferred

Job Duties:

  • Handle daily administrative duties and clerical works
  • Handle general coordination and administrative work of company secretarial department
  • Perform ad-hoc assignments when required
  • Perform reception duties, handling telephone calls, greeting and serving visitors
  • Outdoor work occasionally
  • Report to Seniors
