Job Responsibilities:

  • Coordinate warehouse activities with internal & external parties
  • Handle clerical work, such as procurement and maintenance of both office and warehouse equipment, stationery and supplies etc.
  • Handle daily activities assigned by supervisor
  • Handle other ad-hoc assignment when necessary

Job Requirements:

  • Form 5 or above
  • Good in computer skills in MS Word, Excel and Chinese typing
  • Good command of both spoken/written English and Mandarin
  • Proactive, strong sense of responsibility and strong interpersonal skills
  • Detail oriented, able to work independently and under pressure to meet tight deadlines
