Responsibilities

  • Provide all-around administrative support and daily office operation including but not limited to equipment maintenance, fixed assets registrations, manage document download and filing system, office supplies and office environment maintenance;
  • Handle HR related tasks, including job advertisement, interview arrangement, attendance record and notices update, prepare orientation documents and material for new staff, staffs’ insurances;
  • Prepare for meetings’ reports and material;
  • Organize travel and accommodation arrangement;
  • Coordinate with out-source IT consultant for all IT support issues;
  • Provide secretarial support to Managing Director;
  • Perform ad hoc assignment.

Requirements

  • Form 5 or above
  • At least 5 years of relevant administrative and secretarial experiences;
  • Able to take initiative, work independently and has a proactive attitude;
  • Excellent organizational skills, responsive to completing tasks thoroughly;
  • Strong communication skills and a good team player;
  • Excellent command of written and spoken English and Chinese;
  • Proficient in MS office applications.
