Responsibilities :

Administrative & HR Executive is responsible for,

 

Human Resources

  • Perform full spectrum of HR support including recruitment
  • maintaining day-to-day HR operations
  • performing the full spectrum of HR services such as recruitment, orientation, compensation &benefits, performance appraisal, payroll, insurances, employee relations, staff activities, etc

Administration

  • Performing the general administrative functions which consist of facilities maintenance,
  • Utilities, office supplies, personnel related tasks, etc.
  • any ad-hoc tasks as assigned

 

Requirements :

  • Degree holder in any disciplines
  • Good command of both spoken and written English and Chinese
  • At least one (1) year of relevant working experience
  • Good knowledge in the latest Employment Ordinance, Employment (Amendment) Ordinance,
  • Employees’ Compensation Ordinance and all other HR related laws & regulations in Hong Kong
  • Knowledge in data processing and manual preparation essential
  • Independent, self-motivated, attentive to details, positive mindset to drive changes and achieve continuous improvement
  • Mature in nature, good communication & interpersonal skills and sense of responsibility
