About Our Client (Retail business Company) & Job Description 

Our client, one of the Retail business companies,is now looking for an Admin. Manager to join Team. The job duties are as follows:

  • Lead a team of 2-3 to provide full spectrum of general administration
  • Handle any ad-hoc projects as instructed by supervisor/Japanese manager
  • Supervise a team in providing administrative services including office suppliers sourcing, office renovation, maintenance & repair, environment and facilities management, catering services, courier service, travelling arrangement and office security
  • Review, formulate and implement office administration policies and procedures
  • Oversee the insurance arrangement including but not limited to machinery, public liabilities and motor vehicles insurances
  • Conduct contract renewal and related tendering process
  • Prepare annual budget and control office administration cost
  • Prepare periodical reports/cost analysis for management review

 Requirement 

  • Degree holder or above inBusiness Administration or related disciplines
  • Around 8 years of administration experience, with at least 3 years at managerial level
  • Experience in sizable Japanese companies is highly preferred
  • Proficiency in MS Office and HRIS application
  • Proficiency in both written and spoken English, Mandarin
  • Japanese speaking is an advantage but not a must
  • Well organized, good leadership, good communication and interpersonal skills
