Advanced Printing Technology Centre (APTEC) is a professional printing training centre, which is a subsidiary of The Hong Kong Printers Association and supported by Vocational Training Council. We are the major training provider and certification body for printing and graphic technology and we are also the Adobe Authorized Training Centre. APTEC is looking for high caliber person to cope with our expansion.

 

Job Duties:

Perform course administrative services of ERB’s SUSPlus course, including course enquiries, student enrollment, course attendance and related matters

Handle payment collection and keep account records in order

Ensure up-to-date system maintenance of the correspondence for students for timely communication of latest news

Manage the reception counter by handling telephone call, fax receiving, courier & postage

Assist general office administrative services

Strong sense of responsibility, organized, able to handle multi-tasks and prioritize works under tight schedules

Willing to work in a fast pace environment and can work independently

 

Requirements:

l   Tertiary education or above

l   3-4 years working experience in administrative support

l   Good command of both spoken and written English and Chinese and Mandarin preferably

l   Self-motivated, detail-minded, responsible personality, able to work independently, and good team player

l   Good telephone manner and good communication skill

l   Good PC skills including MS Word, Excel, Powepoint and Chinese typing

l   Immediate available is needed
