The Job: 

The jobholder will be responsible for providing administrative support to our Retail Sales Team, and maintaining a Retail shop’s database. Major job duties include: 

  • To compile sales reports for management review
  • To maintain database for sales performance tracking
  • To provide periodic KPI analyses for management review
  • To develop & upkeep training material for new recruit & refresher course for retail sales staff
  • To help review & refine workflow to achieve better sales performance & higher service quality
  • To upkeep and update the fixed asset inventory including uniforms
  • To perform other ad hoc duties as assigned

 

The Person: 

  • Tertiary education
  • Experience in retail or telecommunication operations is preferred
  • Meticulous, analytical, independent & able to work under pressure & tight timeline
  • Proficiency in MS Excel and MS Access with knowledge on compiling Macro script for data extraction
  • Knowledge or experience in VB, Java, SQL, HTML & PHP is highly preferred
  • Good command of spoken & written English & Chinese
