The Job

  • Responsible for the secretarial and administrative support to the sales team
  • Prepare sales reports
  • Assist in logistics and co-ordination of the sales events
  • Answer enquiries from internal and external customers

The Person

  • HKALE or above, or DSE with min. 4 years’ relevant experience
  • Good interpersonal and communication skills
  • Independent, well-organized and dynamic to cope with fast-paced environment
  • High proficiency in PC operation especially in MS Word, Excel & PowerPoint
  • Good in written and spoken English and Chinese
