Job Responsibilities:

  • Perform general administrative and clerical duties 
  • Handle general accounting entries and prepare invoices
  • Liaise with forwarders and handle export shipping documents
  • Maintain smooth online store operations daily 
  • Handle customer inquiries 
  • Monitor and handle inventory data management
  • Assists in ad-hoc projects / assignments


Requirements:

  • DSE or above, preferably with administrative training 
  • 2-3 years relevant experience in administration and operations
  • Good time management and able to multi-task to meet tight schedules
  • Hardworking, self-disciplined, responsible, well-organised, detail-oriented and able to work independently
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills
  • Fluent command in spoken and written English and Chinese. Mandarin proficiency is an advantage
  • Proficient in MS Office and knowledge of Mac applications will be advantage.
