Primary Responsibility:

Support office operations in general administrative tasks as and when required

Responsibilities Include:

  • Coordinate and oversee all office activities and operations to secure efficiency and compliance to company policies
  • Manage agendas, travel arrangements, appointments and claims for the team
  • Perform note taking and preparation of minutes, budgeting, report/presentation when required
  • Command Scheduling application (VR) and support management in allocating daily manpower to schedule rosters
  • Maintain proper statutory records through filing
  • Set up system accounts for new joiners through online systems
  • Manage phone calls and distribute as well as store correspondence
  • Ensure effective communications with other internal and external parties
  • Perform other duties as assigned

Qualifications & Experience

  • High school diploma; or experience in administrative position is a plus
  • Being positive and good team player with strong organization skills with a problem solving attitude
  • Proficiency in both written and spoken English, Mandarin and Cantonese is required
  • Familiar with MS Office in Excel, Word, PowerPoint and Outlook
