Responsibilities:

  • Human resources duties, administrative Support and Liaison services with effective and efficient manner
  • Reporting to the director directly in the offering the secretarial support
  • Distribute and store correspondence (e.g. letters, emails and packages)
  • Offering a smooth liaison with potential customers to win the business opportunity
  • Controlling the administrative expenditure in bargaining the quotation with suppliers
  • Organize a filing system for important and confidential company documents
  • Checking received payment from customers to maintain the proper finance of company
  • Book keeping of company daily cash flow
  • Arranging pay and compensation, including MPF to all staffs
  • Liaising with internal and external contacts with effective communication skills
  • Assisting consultants with ad hoc issue in a timely manner

 

Requirements:

  • DSE Graduate with 2 year working experience
  • Good in PC Operations including MS Offices & Excel
  • Good command of written and spoken English, Cantonese and Putonghua
  • PC and internet literate with good Microsoft Office skills
  • Strong sense of responsibility, detail-minded, able to work independently and under pressure
  • Positive working attitude with high sense of responsibility & strong team player
