Requirements

  • Form 5 graduate or above with at least five subjects, including English and Chinese, at Grade E / Level 2 / “Attained” or above in HKCEE / HKDSE
  • Minimum 5 years’ relevant secretarial experience to support Expatriates boss
  • Responsible for provide secretarial support to the Executive Officer and Programme Staff
  • Handle a broad variety of administrative tasks for the Office, e.g. manage conference room booking, deal with daily incoming/outgoing correspondence by mail, e-mail and phone calls and a professional manner, etc.
  • Prepare agendas, process fund applications, receive and acknowledge project reports and arrange disbursement of funds
  • Liaise with related internal and external parties for coordination of business appointments and travel arrangement for the team
  • Provide assistance to the Director’s Private Secretary as and when required
  • Perform other ad hoc duties as assigned
  • Excellent command of spoken and written English, with fluency in Putonghua an advantage
  • Proficiency in MS Office 2013 (including MS Word, MS Excel and MS PowerPoint)
  • Meticulous, self-initiated with good team work spirit
  • Good interpersonal and communication skills
  • Immediate availability
