Job purpose

To support the operations of transcription team & ensure the efficient day-to-day operation of the office.

Responsibilities:

Transcription Support

  • Process incoming transcription orders, audio conversion and create job record in system
  • Submit the transcript and media to client before due date
  • Manage the job record
  • Assist in handling quotation and invoicing
  • Assist in assigning job to transcribers
  • Collect the Media from client office or venue regularly
  • Print hard copies of transcripts (documents) and create transcript bundles including delivery
  • Document binding & Data entry
  • Occasional support on transcript production
  • Answer general phone enquiry and direct phone to appropriate staff members
  • Meet and greet visitors or clients in a professional and friendly manner
  • Prepare and send out going faxes, mail and courier parcels
  • Collect document and deliver documents on ad hoc basis
  • Provide back up support to other departments e.g. operation & office administrative activities.
  • Support Ad-hoc duties when required

Requirements:

  • F.6 graduate or above
  • At least 1-2 years’ experience in office setting / Fresh University Graduates are welcomed without office experience
  • Good command of English and Chinese
  • Proficiency in using computer, office equipment
  • Good software skills e.g. word processing, excel
  • Positive & can-do attitudes
  • Team player
  • Efficient, able to work under pressure and self-motivated
  • Immediately available
