Administrator

ARTHQ / Group provides services to the art world, with activities ranging from Strategic Consultancy, Art Fairs, Digital Platforms and Executive Search.  Headquartered in Hong Kong, with an office in London, ARTHQ / Group seeks a highly motivated, self-starter who will provide administrative support across all business units. This is an excellent opportunity to join a growing team and get a varied, dynamic introduction to the inner workings of the art world.

 Key Responsibilities include:

  • Assist with preparation of materials for consultancy workshops including proposals, statements of work, PowerPoint presentations and workshop summary reports  
  • Assist with workshop scheduling and logistics, liaising with clients as required
  • Conduct talent mapping and candidate research
  • Manage CRM system, ensuring accurate and timely database management and project tracking
  • Assist with execution of social media strategy and on-line presence, including maintaining calendar, content creation and execution as required 
  • Maintain up-to-date listing of press coverage for both Managing Director and ARTHQ / Group and updating website accordingly
  • Provide research and writing support on a variety of projects
  • General administrative office support as required

Other requirements

  • University educated, Art History degree desirable
  • Fluency in verbal and written English, Mandarin & Cantonese
  • A high standard of written English (samples required)
  • Excellent IT skills, including Powerpoint and Adobe, and social media savvy

 

Terms/Structure

  • Full time position with attractive package 
  • Reports to Chief Operating Officer
