Responsibilities:

  • Provide administrative support to accounting supervisors or team members
  • Handle daily administrative works including HR, book keeping, data entry, prepare petty cash records, and filing, etc.,
  • Assist in exhibitions, events and answering calls
  • Handle ad hoc assignment by the supervisors

Requirements:

  • Tertiary education or above
  • Minimum 1 year experience in HR, basic accounting, administration and secretarial capacity
  • Strong organizing with mulit-tasking skills, able to meet deadline with a tight schedule and willing to learn.
  • Independent, pro-active, responsible and professional attitude at work
  • Good command of written and spoken English and Chinese
  • Proficient in PC knowledge (Such as Word, Excel and Chinese Word processing)
  • Immediately available is highly preferred
