The successful candidate will be responsible for providing administrative support to the Environmental, Social and Governance (ESG) team.

Responsibilities

- Provide full spectrum of administrative support and secretarial assistance to the department; including but not limited to:
   - Accurately maintain and manage a variety of logs, databases and files, and file documents upon request
   - Follow up with the engagement teams across the regions to ensure accuracy and timeliness of information
   - Create / generate management reports from the logs and databases to Partners at the beginning of each month and upon request
   - Assist in preparing presentations and data analysis
   - Copy and scan confidential documents
   - Format ESG materials in MS Word / Excel/ Powerpoint
   - Research market data and news when required
   - Maintain the ESG portal and prepare ESG broadcast messages
   - Provide administrative support to professionals for the smooth running of the department
   - Prepare and maintain engagement billing information
   - Maintain filing and retrieval systems
   - Manage arrangements for new joiners
- Perform other ad-hoc duties as required, and occasionally work outside office hours

Experience

- Form 5 or above, with a minimum of five years’ experience, preferably in administrative and secretarial duties
- Excellent communication skills and able to communicate with different levels of people
- Good planning and organisational skills
- Good problem-solving and time management skills
- Attention to detail and able to multitask
- Fluent in English, Cantonese and Mandarin
- Highly proficient in Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Chinese and English typing
- Mature, independent, self-motivated and able to work under pressure
- Immediate availability is preferred
