This is a great opportunity for a newly hired Administrator to join one of the largest property developers in Asia. This position will be mainly providing full spectrum of secretarial and administrative support to the company's leasing team. The Administrator will be able to build his/her career in a reputable real estate company.

Client Details

Our client is a listed property developer with more than 100 years of history. In recent years, they have successfully expanded their business across Asia, where their business mainly focuses on luxury retail and commercial projects. The company is currently looking for an Administrator to support their leasing team.

Description

  • Provide secretarial and administrative support to the leasing team

  • Manage calendars, make travel bookings

  • Preparation of correspondence and minutes

  • Assist in organisation of meetings and events arrangements

  • Liaise & communicate with internal departments

  • Consolidation of expenses claim reports on a weekly/ monthly basis

  • Filing, maintenance and organisation of confidential files

  • Assist in ad hoc tasks

Profile

  • Degree or above
  • Minimum 3 years of relevant experience
  • Ability to work efficiently and independently
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Proficient in IT (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
  • Fluency in written and spoken English, Cantonese and Mandarin
