An exciting opportunity to join an HK leading property group as an Administrator, to support the department head and a small team. They invest and develop in prime office and luxury retail property and has strong portfolio APAC.

Client Details

My client is listed in Hong Kong with presence in key Asian cities. The group owns and manages high quality residential, commercial building as well as luxury retail centre. They arelooking for a stable and flexible Administrator to join and support their gowth.

Description

  • Provide general secretarial support to Department Head, including travel arrangements, expense claims, schedules of meetings, bookings and appointments etc.
  • All round office administration support such as filling, maintaining data based etc.
  • Assist in the preparation of leasing documents and tendency agreements
  • Manage correspondence and liaise with internal and external parties
  • Assist in any ad-hoc tasks

Profile

  • Bachler degree holder
  • Minimum 2 years of secretarial / admin experience in sizeable companies
  • Excellent command of communication and interpersonal skills
  • Fluent in written and spoken English and Mandarin
  • Detail-minded, well-organized, willing to learn, self-motivated and flexible
