The English Schools Foundation (ESF) was established in 1967 and is the largest education foundation in Asia offering a liberal education through the medium of the English language to children of school age. ESF now operates five secondary schools, nine primary schools, two "all-through" Private Independent Schools, five kindergartens and a school for students with special needs. We are seeking to appoint an Admissions Assistant to join the Admissions team. The role involves undertaking a range of administrative work to facilitate the smooth processing of applicants. The Admissions Assistant will be required to answer the hotline general admissions enquires from parents and assist with application processing, as well as providing general support to the ESF Admissions Manager and team in accordance with ESF admissions policy.

Requirements

• Strong interpersonal and customer service skills
• Proficient IT skills with experience in using Word, Excel and other Microsoft applications. 
• Bilingual in English and Chinese. High level oral and written communication skills in English, with fluency in Cantonese and Mandarin is desirable.
• Good organizational and time management skills with the ability to work under pressure. 
• Reliable; initiative and problem-solving skills; 
• Self-motivated and able to work in a collaborative team environment.
• Relevant experience in a complex customer service role with administrative support experience. 

Applicants must be a permanent Hong Kong resident or possess a valid visa to work in Hong Kong.
