We are currently seeking a high caliber professional to join our team as Adobe Experience Manager Trainer.

In this role, you will

  • Create how to user manuals on Confluence that are relevant to the market and instance of Adobe AEM
  • Create and develop training programme for each user type and individual user
  • Deliver the training as a one to one session based on planning and individual requirements
  • Responsible for the onboarding of each user ensuring all login credentials are prepared and ready for use at the appropriate permissions
  • Adherence to all quality standards and procedures
  • Providing Support for peer to peer training
  • Aligning with the team, and being a team player
  • Maintain and develop knowledge in Adobe AEM and their other marketing cloud solutions.
  • Remain current on industry trends, technical and professional developments affecting area of responsibility and advise department and divisional management on new and emerging technologies.
  • The ability to work flexible hours as needed required.
  • Provides instructions to trainees on new components, functionalities, and guidance on continuous improvement of operations, decreasing turnaround times,
  • streamline work processes and work to provide seamless customer service.
  • The jobholder will ensure the fair treatment of our customers is at the heart of everything we do, both personally and as an organisation.
  • The jobholder will also continually reassess the operational risks associated with the role and inherent in the business, taking account of changing economic or market conditions, legal and regulatory requirements, operating procedures and practices, management restructurings, and the impact of new technology.

To be successful in this role, you should meet the following requirements

  • Ability to build training material for various types of audiences including the organization of translated   versions
  • Ability to use Artisen toolkits to upload and organize training manuals
  • Experience in AEM and Marketing Cloud solutions essential
  • A high level of motivation, quick to learn and the ability to work with minimal supervision
  • The ability to use initiative and have an excellent level of attention to detail
  • The ability to work in a pressurised and constantly changing environment to tight timescales
  • A flexible approach to working hours and travel
