Our client is a Commercial Cleaning Equipment Manufacturing Company that provides commercial cleaning equipment product selling and leasing service. They have a big market share in Hong Kong and China. They have offices in Hong Kong, Dongguan, Shanghai and also have different Business Partners across the world. Currently they are setting up a new team and looking for a After Sales Service Specialist / POC Specialist to educate the end-user about the cleaning equipment products, prepare performance report about the cleaning equipment and prepare presentation to the clients.

Responsible on providing proof of concept (POC) to the clients
Site visit to the client site (Airport, Shopping Mall, Hotel, Retail Store, etc) to provide training to the end users (cleaning staffs) about the cleaning equipment
Communicate and present with the clients to introduce the schedule about the cleaning equipment working plan
Prepare questionnaire to question with the end users about the performance of the cleaning equipment and educate end user that the equipment is helping for their work efficiency instead of replacing their work duties
Site checking about the cleaning equipment performance and information to prepare and generate a site work report
Prepare a presentation to clients and base on the performance report to explain how’s the AI cleaning equipment increase the efficiency for cleaning and help the end-users to reduce the time to work for another cleaning
Work closely with sales team for support and perform ad-hoc duties when required
Travel to Macau or overseas for presentation or training when required
Diploma or above in Business or related discipline
2-3 years working experience in cleaning equipment company / property management company / hospitality management / project management and understand the cleaning process operation will be highly preferred
Fluency in both spoken and written English and Chinese (Cantonese and Putonghua) is a must
Proficient in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
Good communication and presentation skills with the ability to deal with clients and end-users at all level
Willing to travel and site visit is a must
On job training will be provided
