A reputable life insurance company is currently looking for a Senior Officer supporting their distribution compensation.

The incumbent will be reporting to Manager directly. 

 

Job Description:

  • Support daily operations and service requests and aligned with company required standard.
  • Handle correspondences and mails of incoming and outgoing.
  • Handle payment calculation and financing validation.
  • Responsible for UAT and facilitate system enhancement.
  • Arrange contract signing and fringe benefits to the new agent.
  • Responsible for orphan policy assignment.
  • Assist in ad-hoc projects as assigned by supervisor. 

 

Job Requirements:

  • Bachelor degree with minimum 4 years’ working experience in distribution compensation.
  • Sound knowledge in compensation and work flow.
  • Well organized with good interpersonal and communication skills.
  • Able to work under tight deadline and high pressure.
  • Superb command in written English and Chinese.
  • Candidate with more experience will be considered as an Assistant Manager.

 

Languages
Fluent in Cantonese, English and Mandarin
