Job Description

Assistant General Manager/ GM- Property (Properties) Investments

Our client is a well-established PRC property developer listed on HKSE (main board); the company has solid property development and investment business in China and are now seeking to invest and expand their HK properties portfolio.

Responsibilities:

  • Classifying, finding and assessing potential property investment opportunities in Hong Kong and overseas (focusing on HK first).
  • Covering wide arena of properties such as commercial, residential, shopping complex, sports complex, recreational properties, retail, carparks etc.  
  • Dealing with the Government authorities regarding all licensing and official matters.
  • Search for potential business partners- such as JV/ M&A etc.
  • Conduct feasibility analysis, market research and studies, research about the industry and markets.
  • Formulating property terms, contracts and agreements.

Requirements:

  • Degree holder
  • Solid experience in properties investments in the Hong Kong and overseas markets
  • Strong communication skills in English, Cantonese and Mandarin.
  • Substantial experience in establishing relationships with the Government.
  • Excellent market sense and understanding of the HK, China and other countries property market and investment trends.
  • Strong business acumen, and problem-solving, financial, analytical and quantitative skills.
