International freight forwarder and logistics service provider focus in US and European market – we are looking for AIR FREIGHT CUSTOMER SERVICE CLERK – with details as follows :

  • F.5 or above
  • At least 1 years relevant experience preferably in air freight forwarding
  • Good interpersonal and communication skills, self-motivated, independent, responsible and well-organized
  • Business level in English, Mandarin and Cantonese
  • Serve the clients in a professional manner
  • Communicate between clients, overseas and internal departments
  • Handle customer enquiries and complaints
  • Coordinate with internal staff on related air cargo document
  • Assist in ad hoc assignment
  • 13 months salary + performance bonus
  • Annual leave : 12 days

  • Candidates with more experience will be considered for the post of Senior Air Freight Customer Service Clerk – 2 posts
