Job duties:  

  • Handle customers’ enquiries such as reservation, redemption and price quoting on hotels and airlines via phone calls and emails
  • 處理客戶就酒店及航空公司的預訂、積分兌換、價錢查詢等事宜
  • Respond complaints in proactive and prompt manner to build customer centricity
  • 主動積極地回應客戶投訴以建立客戶信心
  • Address customers’ needs and introduce suitable products or promotions accordingly
  • 跟據客戶需要推薦合適的公司產品及優惠
  • Perform administrative works and ad-hoc duties
  • 處理文書工作及突發事情

 

Requirements:

  • Diploma or above
  • 文憑或以上
  • 1 year working experience in customer serving industry, preferably in tourism or hospitality related
  • 一年客戶服務經驗,旅遊及酒店業優先
  • Pleasant, attentive to details and can work under pressure
  • 積極樂觀、注意細節及在壓力下工作
  • Good communication and interpersonal skills in English and Mandarin
  • 良好英語及普通話溝通技巧
  • Fresh graduate will also be considered
