Job Description

 

Offers: 

  • Monthly Salary: $15,000 or above which includes monthly allowances;
  • Monthly Salary: $18,000 or above for Supervisor Level (Must having 5 years or above Supervisor experience in Call Center);
  • 5 days work per week, 8.5 hours / day;
  • 3 months On-the-job training with salary at Fixed Office Hours;
  • 14 days annual leave;
  • Discretionary bonus;

Responsibilities:  

  • Handle the incoming telephone call from the airline members;
  • NO Cold Call and NO Selling;
  • Answer inquiries in professional and efficient manner;
  • Cooperate with other teams members to resolve customer's request efficiently.

 

Requirements: 

  • Bachelor degree holder or Associate degree ;
  • Fluent in Cantonese, Mandarin and English is a MUST;
  • Willing to work shift duty and on roster basis;
  • Experience in customer service OR related experience, preferably gained from Airline / Hotel / Travel Agency industry
  • Fresh graduate with Summer Job / Internship experience will also be considered;
  • Customer-oriented with passion, patience and caring attitude;
  • Good interpersonal and communication skills
