Responsibilities

  • Offering a high quality service to customers via phones
  • Handling and reporting customers' complaints 
  • Assisting members with hotel booking, ticket reservation etc.
  • Building customer loyalty by providing exceptional standard service to customers
  • Performing data processing to update information for company's system


Requirements

  • Degree holder or above
  • Prior customer service experience in any industry will be an advantage
  • Proficiency in Cantonese, Mandarin and English
  • Fluent in Japanese or Korean is a plus
