Job Responsibilities: 

  • Handle and perform receptionist duties, including visitor greeting, answering/transferring incoming calls, etc.;
  • Manage and update staff contact information;
  • Handle internal and external mails/ courier arrangements;
  • Handle subscription and distribution of stationaries and newspapers, name card printing, documents storage and delivery for all departments and all staff;
  • Prepare reimbursement for administrative expenditures;
  • Provide other administrative support to the Administration Department;
  • Assist in other ad-hoc duties as assigned.

 Job Requirements:

  • Diploma holder or above in hospitality management or related disciplines;
  • A minimum of 3 years’ relevant experience preferably gained in hotel services/ financial services industry; Fresh graduates with outstanding customer services skills may also be considered;
  • Excellent reception and customer service manner;
  • Energetic, positive, cheerful, detail-oriented, organized, mature, with strong communication skills and interpersonal skills;
  • Proficiency in both written and spoken Chinese (including Putonghua) and English;
  • Immediate availability is preferred
