Major Responsibilities:

  • Respond promptly the correspondence, emails, faxes and web-forms from programme members related to reservations and ticketing
  • Handle reservation related enquiries
  • Assist in handling incoming calls during peak traffic hours
  • Handle ad-hoc tasks as allocated by Team Leader / Manager

Requirements:

  • Minimum Form 5 or Secondary School graduate with pass in English, plus 1 year’s working experiences in customer/member service industry preferable
  • Good command of both written and spoken English, Cantonese and Mandarin, fluency in one other foreign language is an advantage
  • Good interpersonal and listening skills
  • Knowledge of airline industry, products and services is an advantage
