Our client is a FinTech Company. They are currently looking for a Analyst, C&B & HRIS to join their Human Resources team. This incumbent will report directly to their Human Resources Manager.

Responsibilities:

  • Responsible for the full spectrum of C&B duties such as monthly payroll calculation, tax filing, pension and other C&B related matter
  • Provides the compensation & benefits custom and practice of local market timely
  • Responsible to the annual HR projects including budget, forecasts, salary review and performance bonus processes
  • Provide consultative advice to business units on all C&B matters
  • Manage and oversee the payroll process to ensure the payroll process can be completed monthly with maximum efficiency and accuracy
  • Support in the review of HR policies and procedures to meet business requirements and to ensure compliance to local legislation

Requirements:

  • Degree holder with major in Human Resources or other related discipline
  • 5+ years of experience of C&B & HRIS in Human Resources positions.
  • Specialized in payroll, employment law and practices across Hong Kong, China and other Asian countries preferred.
  • Strong familiarity in the administration of payroll, benefits and compensation program and performance management.
  • Strong analytic skills and a thorough knowledge of creating compensation models and plan designs
  • Excellent spoken and written English and conversational Mandarin
  • Mature, presentable, self-driven and able to work independently under pressure
  • Must be well-versed in Word, Excel, PowerPoint
