Our client is a listed financial service institution/ broker, looking for potential talents to facilitate the expanding business in Hong Kong and China.

 

Responsibilities

  • Provide technical support in PC and LAN/WAN, server and security, including the installation and upgrades
  • Monitor network performance and servers and security check
  • Solve users problems regarding the technical issues on the help desk


Requirements

  • Certificate or diploma in Computer Studies is preferable
  • 1-2 years of relevant experience in PC and LAN/WAN support
  • Proficiency in desktop software including MS desktop products and anti-virus software; MS Exchange server and help desk software; MS Office
  • Self-motivated, detail-minded and independent worker
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Good command of written and spoken in English, Chinese. Fluency in Mandarin is an advantage
