To facilitate business growth we currently have an opportunity for an Analyst within the Valuation & Advisory Services division, Hong Kong. We are looking for a motivated and enthusiastic individual who would like to join our busy team. We are ideally looking for someone with at least one to two years of experience but fresh graduates may also be considered for this role.

To be considered for this position you must have:

- An appropriate degree preferably major in Real Estate, Business, Finance or related subject
- An interest in real estate markets and investments
- Outgoing; demonstrated strong interpersonal and verbal communication skills
- Strong organisational and analytical skills
- Excellent writing skills and analytical mind, specifically an ability to articulate research findings and opinions succinctly
- Positive work attitude and ability to work in a team environment
- Proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel and PowerPoint applications and other database applications
- Fluent spoken and written English and Cantonese. An ability to speak Mandarin is an advantage

REQUIREMENT

As an Analyst, you are a key member of the support staff in the Department. You provide vital supporting assistance to the team supervisor and Department Head. The job demands a sound level of analytical, organizational and interpersonal skills, maturity, initiative and common sense. You will have the opportunity to work with key stakeholders within the department and across other business lines whilst gaining broad exposure and good market knowledge in Hong Kong and the Greater China region.

Key roles and responsibilities of the Analyst - Valuation & Advisory Department are:

- To support the team supervisor and Department Head in the implementation of a valuation knowledge base platform as well as various business development initiatives for Hong Kong and China
- To conduct market research, collect and analyse data on a regular basis and prepare client briefings, research reports, talking points, and presentations
- To assist the building of various client databases, the collection of real estate market intelligence, and the conversion of market knowledge into actionable transactional and business opportunities
- To carry out any other duties as assigned by the team supervisor and senior Management
