Our client is looking for a detail-oriented and proactive candidate who are customer oriented to conduct daily account opening process and correspond relevant enquiries.

Client Details

Our client is a leading global securities institution serving over 120 markets world widely. The mainstream businesses include brokerage dealing and proprietary trading, which has created over 6 billion of accumulated equity capital.

Description

  • Research and resolve client question/issues on the account opening process
  • Correspond to inquiries with retail and institutional clients via in-person meetings, telephone, e-mail and on-line chat internally to sales and customer service representatives
  • Conduct enhance due diligence on high risk customers
  • Multi-task with a strong emphasis on AML and KYC knowledge while dealing client's enquiries and applications
  • Follow internal policy and procedures when dealing with account related suspicious activity

Profile

* Bachelor's degree with minimun 2 years experience in KYC/ Account opening/ Customer Services
* Preferably licensed with SFC for RA type 1,2,3 or be able to obtain by attending to licensing paper exams after joining
* Excellent written and oral communication skills in English and Cantonese

* Basic understanding of brokerage regulations and rules that govern client accounts

* Detail oriented and hardworking; self starter and good problem solver

* Ability to work independently and effectively as part of a team

* Willing to work on public holiday (by rotation with compensation leave)
