Job Descriptions:

1. Following with Master Chef to work at different stations in different countries
to develop premium omakase restaurants;

2. Contribute and assist Master Chef to create innovative omakase menu;

3. Assist Master Chef to enhance and strengthen brand equity.


Job Requirements:

1. Good command of spoken English;

2. Minimum 3 years solid experience in sushi or Kaiseki restaurant;

3. Willing to learn and keen on developing excellent career path in fine dining;

4. Be a good team player and able to perform multi-tasks under pressure;

5. Be passionate and hard-working;

6. Frequent travelling with Master Chef is required;

7. Ability in speaking Mandarin is definitely an advantage.
