Responsibilities:

  • Responsible for the all store project activities in Asia Region
  • Responsible to handle projects from inception to completion including prepare cost estimation, design drawing development, tendering, preparation of submission, construction and completion follow up
  • Manage and follow-up the project construction process, provide design guidelines & technical solutions with consideration of aesthetic & operation POV
  • Manage and control the opening, refurbishment and maintenance projects schedule and cost, ensure the works are completed on time and within budget
  • Handle inspection and manage quality control of both new and existing store; ensure maintain the consistency of store image and concept are align with the company standard to maintain the high quality across the region
  • Liaise constantly with internal and external parties to ensure for a smooth opening
  • Support internal procurement team to ensure department goals are met
  • Responsible to keep the design and store database constantly update
  • Carry out ad-hoc projects as assigned

Requirements:

  • Degree Holder in Interior Design, Architecture, Building services or other relevant disciplines
  • 6-8 years relevant experience in the field of retail, interior, construction or fitting-out project management
  • Strong design skills with good aesthetics/design sense
  • Detail-oriented, strong analytical skills, organizational and communication skills
  • Self-motivated and ability to manage multiple projects in a fast pace environment
  • Able to work independently and under pressure
  • Strong knowledge in Autocad, Photoshop, Excel, Word and PowerPoint
  • Good command of written and spoken in English and Mandarin
  • Willing to travel
