Job Responsibilities: 

  • Oversee and monitor the property management functions, e.g. security, maintenance, cleaning, procurement, amenities and facilities management, etc
  • Monitor property management income and expenses and to prepare annual property management budgets and other related financial duties
  • Enhance the supervision effectiveness on operation quality and compliance
  • Lead a team to oversee various estates / managed properties / advisory centres to ensure high service standards and to comply relevant regulations
  • Identify and develop new measures for service upgrading
  • Responsible for budget planning, enforcement of DMC, liaison with owners / tenants, complaints handling, supervision of site staff, convening site meetings and monitoring of contractors’ performance, etc
  • Liaise with government departments, political bodies and other external parties to uphold a positive corporate image

Job Requirements:

  • Corporate membership of CIH / HKIH / RPHM
  • At least 8-10 years' experience in property and facility management of which a minimum of 3 years should be at managerial level
  • Strong leadership and excellent presentation skill
  • Good command of spoken and written English and Chinese
