The successful candidate will be responsible for supporting the Manager to drive and manage funding schemes. Duties include promoting and implementing the schemes, organising the assessment of applications, monitoring and providing regular updates of the schemes development, drafting correspondences and discussion papers, and regularly liaising with and providing assistance to the schemes participants as the schemes progress.

 

Requirements:

  • University graduate or equivalent preferably with at least 2 years working experience in the arts and cultural sector
  • Good communication and writing skills in both English and Chinese. Putonghua will be an advantage
  • Proficiency in PC operations (MS Office applications and Chinese Word Processing)
  • Strong analytical skills and ability to handle numerical data
  • Strong sense of responsibility, self-motivated, detail-oriented and well-organised
  • Excellent inter-personal and multi-tasking skills
  • Knowledge and interest in arts scene in Hong Kong will be an advantage

 

Successful candidate will be offered a 1-year contract with possibility of renewal subject to review. Salary offered will commensurate with qualifications and experience.
