About this team

The lululemon Liaison Office (LLO) team is dedicated to ensuring our components are produced of the highest quality, delivered when we need them, and manufactured with partners who share our commitment to elevating the world. Not only do we manage the production of great product, we also build great relationships.

A day in the life:

  • You’ll design and execute reports required by quality and production functions at the frequency required; this will occasionally include ad hoc reporting
  • You’ll create executive summaries for senior leadership teams, often communicating large amounts of complex data in a simplified manner and highlighting the most salient points
  • You’ll collaborate with teams closely to understand their key performance indicators and support them with the transparency required to run their businesses effectively
  • You’ll offer creative solutions on how to generate, analyze, parse and interpret data using sometimes fragmented systems and intelligent assumptions
  • You’ll document reporting methods to create transparency for users, and aid trainings for future/backup team members


  • You have 2+ years experience in an analytics role.
  • You have strengths in working with multiple systems, data analytics, critical thinking, root cause analysis.
  • You have an excellent command of the English language and can articulate an idea or thought in a way that your audience understands.
  • You have demonstrated the ability to solve problems in a creative and efficient manner.
  • You are proficient in Excel. Lookups, pivot tables, formulas, and charting should be second nature.
  • Knowledge of software development concepts. Familiarity with VBA, Python, or R is a bonus.
  • Background in garment industry, production management and knowledge of technical fabrics, garment construction and related machinery is a bonus.
