  • It offers luxury paper carrier bags, kraft paper carrier bags, polythene carrier bags, fabric and retail carrier bags/boxes, retail gift boxes, jewelry boxes, suit and garment covers, luxury promotional carrier bags, packaging samples, and retail hangers.
  • It serves fashion, cosmetics and beauty, watches and jewelry, specialist retail, charity, and on-line retail clients worldwide.
  • We are now looking for ASIA SALES DIRECTOR – with details as follows :
  • Report to Asia General Manager
  • Lead Sales Team of 2 X Sales Managers + 1 X Sales Support Manager (who lead 5-6 sales support team members)
  • To retain and grow our existing global customers on a local level
  • Secure new customers within the Asia marketplace within our chosen market sectors
  • Management of the Sales Managers and Internal Sales support manager
  • Manage, retain and grow our global customers on a local level to maximise sale revenue and profitability working alongside the nominated global account manager and the Asia General Manager
  • Identify and win new business prospects within the Asian marketplace focus on retailers within the Fashion, Cosmetics, Watches & Jewellery and Luxury Retail sectors.
  • Manage, direct and develop the skills of our business development manager who will focus on new business development within small to medium sized retailers
  • Liaise with our preferred suppliers both in China and the rest of the world.
  • Work with other departments both locally and internationally on the design and implementation of value added products and services to our customers.
  • Monitor customer's sales results in terms of their contribution and profitability.
  • Develop excellent client relationship and implement corrective actions where necessary
  • Develop and market the corporate brand in China and wider Asia
  • Oversee local marketing and promotional activities in conjunction with the HQ Corporate Marketing Manager.
  • Ongoing Competitor Analysis including SWOT.
  • Establish and develop relationships with new customers at all levels and entertain clients as required
  • Participate in business projects as and when required

  • Luxury Packaging Knowledge – Min of 3 years
  • Excellent knowledge of the Asia Retail Market place
  • Multiple Languages – English & Chinese as a minimum
  • Proven negotiation and communication skills at senior level
  • Willing, flexible and able to travel within Asia and Europe
