  • Assist Asset Managers to optimize financial performance, create value and improve operational efficiency of assigned asset portfolio
  • Implement asset plan, including leasing strategies, asset management standard, marketing, positioning, and asset enhancement
  • Coordinate with a dedicated team of leasing, property management, marketing and project development professionals



  • Degree holder in Business Administration, Surveying, Real Estate or related disciplines
  • At least 4 years’ solid  experience in retail leasing, project management, shopping centre property management or asset management from property developers, real estate funds or sizeable private equity firms
  • Strong financial management background, good working knowledge of budgeting and financial analysis is advantages
  • Possess strong business acumen and market awareness
  • Excellent relation with potential clients/tenants and able to identify and bring in new types of clients/tenants
  • A team-player with excellent coordination, negotiation and communication skills
