Job Description


Responsibilities:

  • Provide administrative support such as member enrollment, termination, transfer, claims process and contributions settlement.
  • Handle system enhancement projects

  • Collect and analyse information from users for preparation of user requirements

  • Ensure the data quality and timely delivery of system projects
  • Perform User Acceptance Test
  • Conduct end-user training
  • Review system and operational control procedure
Requirements:
  • University graduates is preferable
  • At least 7 years relevant working experience in handling MPF system

  • With experience in using MPF-Pro system is an advantage

  • Proficient in both spoken and written English and Chinese, fluent in Putonghua is preferable

  • Pleasant and possessing sound interpersonal skills

  • With strong sense of responsibility and pay attention to details
