Chiangmai Herbs Trading Limited is a well-established company, due to rapid expansion, we are urgently looking for a high caliber candidate.

 

Responsibility:

  • Provide all-round administrative and organizational support to Senior Management Executives
  • Handle general administrative tasks such as scanning, facsimile and arrange couriers on schedule
  • Assist in diary management and travel arrangements
  • Arrange and coordinate meetings with internal & external parties
  • Organize various functions and events
  • Responsible for document management such as filing system maintenance, document scanning & record keeping and preparation of presentation materials
  • Handle and follow up outstanding reports and project return as assigned
  • Outside work/meeting maybe required
  • Assist in ad-hoc assignment as required

 

Requirements:

  • Diploma or above with at least 1 year working experience
  • Mature, Good communication skill, strong sense of responsibility, detail-orientated with good organization skill
  • Good PC knowledge, familiar with MS Office, Excel and PowerPoint
  • Good command of both spoken and written English and Chinese, including Mandarin
  • Fresh graduate will also be considered
  • Immediately available is preferable
