SIPS Hong Kong is currently looking for high calibre candidates to be part of our finance team in Hong Kong:-

Key Responsibilities

 

  • Support daily accounting function and book keeping in MYOB
  • Responsible for account payable and bank payment
  • Responsible for month end closing and reconciliation
  • Prepare expenses reimbursement and filings
  • Assist in preparation of monthly management report
  • Perform ad-hoc assignments as assigned by the supervisor or management
  • Utilizes computerized accounting programs (MYOB, TABS, Excel, Word) to perform duties and responsibilities
  • Reports in to the Chief Accountant

 

Requirements

  • Degree or diploma in Accounting Degree or related discipline
  • At least 2 years hands-on accounting experience in a professional firm
  • Proficient in English, Cantonese and Mandarin
  • Demonstrated proficiency with MS Office and accounting software
  • Ability to multi-task and prioritize with strong attention to detail
  • Ability to perform at high levels in a fast paced ever-changing work environment and successfully adapt to changing priorities and work demands
  • Ability to anticipate work needs and follow through with minimum direction, follow up on own initiative
  • Proactive and have a willingness to learn new skills
