Job Descriptions:
- Handle full set of accounts including but not limited to the preparation of vouchers, accounting schedules, bank reconciliation, and various accounting reports
- Prepare the monthly financial statement and prepare management reports
- Provide general HR & Administrative supports
- Monitor daily cash flow
- Work closely with operations team and ensure all procedures meet company standard and accounting compliances
- Responsible for year-end closing and audit schedules
- Other ad-hoc project as assigned
Requirements:
- Higher Diploma or above in Accounting or related discipline with LCCI Level 2 qualification
- At least 2 years of working experience in accounting field is required, preferably in Food & Beverage industry
- Proficiency in MS Excel & Word, familiar with accounting systems
- Good communication and interpersonal skill (English preferred)
- Immediate available is preferred
