Job Responsibilities

  • Reporting to Accounting Manager
  • Assist to lead payment team for all accounting operations A/P, A/R and P/L
  • Review and analyse expense accrual and IT O/S invoices
  • Responsible for all bank a/c opening documentation, bank signatories update and e-banking administration
  • Liaison with internal and external auditors
  • Perform expense allocation and commission costs analysis
  • Participate in ad-hoc projects and execute any ad-hoc duties

Job Requirements

  • Bachelor in Finance, Accounting or Business related discipline

  • Professional qualification in HKICPA/ACCA or equivalent

  • Fluent Cantonese and English

  • Able to work under pressure and meet deadlines

  • Able to work independently with a strong sense of responsibility and self-motivation

  • Experience in insurance firm is an advantage
