The Roles:

  • Manage operating expense payables; staff expenses reimbursement, corporate card; in adherence to Aon’s compliance policy and proper maintenance of payable records
  • Daily management of cash flow and ensuring an adequate level of control over treasury activities including maintain good professional communication with banks, trading partners and business stakeholders
  • Continuously strive for process and efficiency improvement, including standardization of Treasury operating activities and drive high standard of teamwork
  • Support regional and/or country operation related projects, including the e-banking platform for payables and receipts - assessing and advising on the end to end process implications with business stakeholders (eg. Operations team).

 

Our Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s Degree in Accounting or Finance.
  • 5 years of related work experience (Audit experience will be an advantage).
  • Experienced with regional/global process environment, internal control systems (e.g. SOX compliance) will be an advantage.
  • ACCA / HKICPA finalists or Fresh graduate will also be considered with modified roles & responsibilities accordingly.
  • Strong Excel and other related software skills
  • Strong analytical and communication skill (English and Cantonese preferred)
