Our Client is a global MNC. Due to their expansion, we are currently looking for Assistant Admin Manager 26k-35k / (Senior) Admin Officer 15-25k / Receptionist to join their Hong Kong team.

 

For Assistant Admin Manager (26-35k)

  • Manage all-round general office administrative works such as office supplies, repairs and maintenance, office renovation and relocation
  • Maintain accurate and orderly office record and filing system
  • Assist in organizing company events and ad hoc projects
  • Supervise office assistant & tea lady to deliver professional administrative function to the company
  • Perform any other duties as assigned by the superior

For (Senior) Admin Officer (15-24k)

  • Assistant to Manager
  • Handle customer enquiries
  • Prepare quotation, invoice and follow up with customers
  • Provide clerical, administrative and logistics support
  • Perform any other duties as assigned by the superior 

For Receptionist (10-18k)

  • Perform reception duties including handle incoming calls and enquiries, greeting customers and visitors, managing incoming mails, letters, documents, or fax and filing
  • Manage reception table, conference rooms and waiting area in appropriate condition
  • Hotel and Travel arrangement
  • Assist the administration supervisors in all kinds of administration work
  • Perform ad-hoc tasks assigned by supervisors
