Monthly Salary: Around HK$45K x 13 months + Bonus

Responsibilities:

  • Lead a team of staff to oversee daily operations of the Premises & General Affairs Department, which may include office supplies, office insurance, decoration of offices and branches, etc
  • Perform any other office administration functions and ad hoc duties

Requirements:

  • Degree / Diploma or above
  • At least 7 to 8 years of experience in office administration and operation, leasing transactions and office administration in banking, insurance or retail industry (with at least 3 years experience in supervisory level)
  • Experience in office renovation, relocation and outsourcing is preferably
  • Proactive, independent, responsible personality and able to work under pressure
  • Proficient in computer applications including Word, Excel and PowerPoint
  • Good interpersonal and communication skills
  • Good command of written and spoken English and Chinese (Cantonese & Mandarin)
