Responsibilities:

  • Assist the HR Head with a focus on HR functions including HC planning, talent acquisition, on boarding, performance management, learning and development, employee relations and compensation and benefits in HK office;
  • Support the continued development of the HR framework, providing proactive, high-level advisory and support to the business teams;
  • Backup support on the Administration function

Requirements:

  • Degree holder in Human Resources Management or related disciplines;
  • At least 5 years’ relevant experience gained from sizable organizations, preferably in PRC environment
  • Hands-on experience in talent acquisition, and performance management and training;
  • Self-starter with good communication and interpersonal skills;
  • Result-oriented, can work under pressure to meet deadlines;
