Responsibilities:

  • Perform full spectrum of Administration functions including contract management, systems updating, office administration etc.
  • Supervise teams to provide all administrative supports duties for operations management
  • Work closely with other teams, including Operation and Account Departments, to provide all-round contract management support
  • Prepare and manage quotation, report submission and schedule
  • Monitor CRM / internal data systems to ensure information and data updated on time
  • Prepare monthly reports and present to Management
  • Handle customers’ enquiries and manage responses on time
  • Review and implement Administration Department procedures in line with business expansion
  • Handle ad-hoc projects as assigned

Requirements:

  • Degree holder or above in business administration
  • Minimum 10 years’ relevant experience including 5 years' experience at managerial / supervisory level in sizable companies
  • Proficiency in MS Office applications (PowerPoint, Excel)
  • Excellent command of spoken and written English and Chinese
  • A highly flexible, reliable, friendly and helpful team-player
  • Good communication, interpersonal, negotiation and problem-solving skills
  • Well-organized, detail-minded, proactive with strong sense of responsibility, able to work under pressure and meet the time line
  • Trustworthy character in maintaining a high level of confidentiality
  • Immediate available is highly preferable
